These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of VECResidential.com (the "Site"), operated by Value Engineering Construction Residential ("VEC Residential," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Everything on the Site (including floor plans, renderings, square footages, features, availability, and any pricing) is provided for general information only and is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice. Dimensions and square footages are approximate and may vary with actual construction. Renderings and photographs may show optional features, upgrades, or past projects and are not part of any offer.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a contract of any kind. Any purchase or construction agreement will be made only through a separate written contract signed by you and us, and that contract, not the Site, will govern the transaction.
We are committed to the letter and spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable Florida law. We do business in accordance with equal housing opportunity, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data, introduce malicious code, or use the Site in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
The Site and its contents (including text, photographs, floor plans, renderings, logos, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
The Site may include links to or embedded content from third parties, such as interactive maps. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and a link is not an endorsement.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Nothing in these Terms limits or disclaims any warranty on a home that is provided in a written purchase agreement or required by Florida law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEC Residential and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEC Residential and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Charlotte County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page; continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
